2.      Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable legal regulations, and their storage takes place on secured servers.

3.      For the purposes of better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term "User" has been replaced with the term "You", "Administrator" - "We" or "Uchman i Partnerzy sp. z o.o." The term "GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

4.      We respect the right to privacy and take care of data security. For this purpose, among others, cookies are used. secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).

5.      Personal data provided in forms on this website are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

§2. Data Administrator

1. As the data administrator, we process your data provided in the form on the website, via email address or other means proving that the data is provided to us voluntarily.

- in accordance with the provisions on personal data protection,

- in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,

- to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, change or terminate it and properly implement the Services (including those provided electronically),

- to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject,

3. Every person whose data is subject to (if we are their administrator) has the right to access the data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

6. Uchman i Partnerzy sp. z o.o. has the right to share your personal data and other data with entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).

7. The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.

8.  Based on applicable law, we may share personal data with other entities. These may include entities processing data on our behalf or entities processing them on the basis of a contract for entrustment, as well as entities to which the transfer of personal data is necessary to exercise a right or fulfill an obligation resulting from a legal provision.

9.  We have implemented data encryption and have introduced access control, thanks to which we minimize the effects of a potential breach of data security.

10. Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or processors with whom we closely cooperate.

§3. Cookies
